RHONDA BEARD
Human Resources Consultant
Rhonda Beard is an innovative leader with a passion for helping businesses build their teams by developing skills, improving performance and retaining top performers.
She joined Bench Builders after spending two decades leading HR teams and functions across multiple sites in small, family-owned businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Her experience spans Operation and Human Resources in multiple industries including Banking, Manufacturing, Transportation and Distribution.
Rhonda’s operations background provides the framework to understand business needs and help companies just like yours build stronger teams, improve their leadership, plan for succession, improve employee relations, and develop policies ensuring HR compliance.
She is equipped to help companies through a wide range of challenges, including acquisitions, divestitures, rebranding, and reorganization.
Her education includes a B.A., Business from the University of Michigan, as well asbeing a Certified SHRM Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She also serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Chattanooga State Community College, teaching a variety of supervisory skills and leadership courses.
